NI Maschine Dark Pressure Released

Grown tired of the standard Maschine sounds? Why not freshen up the sound library of Native Instruments’ highly addictive groovemaker with Dark Pressure, a new expansion pack produced in conjunction with legendary DJ and producer Steve Lawler and Loopmasters?

Dark Pressure contains 42 new kits and over 200 ready-made drum patterns for you to use and abuse as you see fit. According to NI, the sounds have been processed using analogue equipment in addition to Mashine’s own effects.

Dark Pressure is available as a 216MB download on NI’s website (tinyurl.com/7y4w3nm) for €49, which is approximately £41.

If you know Maschine, you’ll know that it’s an incredibly fun way of making funky beats and killer grooves. If you own it, Dark Pressure is well worth investigating.
