Fujifilm FinePix F70EXR review
Verdict:
It's rare that a camera rewrites the rule book, and even rarer when it's so well rounded and affordable.

8Good Points
Features, particularly zoom range, EXR mode and the two "professional modes", Image quality and the various ways in which this is achieved, Build quality, beautiful metal casing with a superb finish, Metal tripod socket. Excellent value for money.
Bad Points
Zoom control is far too fast, virtually uncontrollable without an extremely delicate touch, which is difficult to achieve with such a small light device. Pointless "aperture control" with only two settings and the smaller "aperture" obtained by an ND filter makes a nonsense of the manual and aperture priority modesl

Good Points
Build quality, accuracy of focus and exposure. Plenty of feature.
Bad Points
Paradoxically, probably too may fearures, a lot of which I reckon will never be used. It amazes me that so many people I know just want a camera that reacts quickly, is always in focus, and always gives a good exposure. Everything else is superfluous, and is done "beacause thy can"
