Belinea's 10 19 25 is fairly ugly, but it has several redeeming features.

Not least of these is its image quality. Although colours lacked the punch of those from other displays in this test, they were well balanced and clean with an even backlight. Detail was maintained in dark areas, but skin tones lacked warmth.

Speakers are fitted on the bottom bezel either side of the cheap-feeling buttons. These are adequate for basic Windows sounds but little else. Belinea has integrated a three-port USB hub in the neck of the stand. This is useful but inelegant, as the upstream connection to the computer protrudes from its side. If you want a decent 19" LCD that doesn't cost a fortune, though, this is an excellent buy.
