Netgear’s WNCE2001 network adaptor lets you connect Ethernet-only devices, such as smart TVs, media streamers and games consoles, to your wireless network. It’s incredibly quick and easy to set up. Simply plug it in to your computer with an Ethernet cable, open up a web browser to see the web interface and choose the wireless router to which you want to connect. Once it's set up, you can attach it to any device and it’ll reconnect to that same router wirelessly.
The WNCE2001 is powered over USB or from the included power adaptor. It’s also very fast, delivering data to our test machine at 53.7Mbit/s at 1m distance and 46.6Mbit/s at 10m. We even saw 12Mbit/s in our long-range 25m test, which is impressive for a compact adaptor with no external aerials. The WNCE2001 is an easy to set up and fast way to connect devices to your Wi-Fi, and it's cheaper than many official TV wireless adaptors we've seen. It's a Best Buy.
