Our Rating
They may not be the most exciting products, but here at Expert Reviews memory card readers are always in short demand. This new design from Trust is compact, and the cable tucks neatly away at the back.
It supports all varieties of SD cards (including mini, micro and SDHC), which are undoubtedly the most common types in use today. There's support for MemoryStick formats too, handy if you have any Sony devices. MMC cards are also supported, but there are no slots for xD or CompactFlash.
The Mini Card Reader is well designed and well priced, it doesn't support all common card formats but it saves finding an adaptor for smaller card variants. Alternatively, if you only use SD and SDHC cards, you can buy a basic SD-only adaptor for around £3.
