We tend to misplace our iPod leads. Which is a bit of a problem, as without Apple's proprietary connector you can’t charge or transfer data to your iPod or iPhone.

Scosche's FlipSync iPod lead solves this with its keychain design. This means that, as long as you have your keys, you'll have an iPod lead too. Its compact size makes it pocket-friendly and we were pleased with the sturdy plastic shell that protected the lead's delicate USB and iPod connectors.

It’s only an iPod-to-USB lead of course, not a mains charger, so you’ll need an inexpensive mains-to-USB adaptor if you want to charge without a PC or laptop. It’s not cheap either, however, it's small, sturdy and hard to lose – making it perfect for carrying around for everyday use.
