Mophie's Juice Pack Air is a surprisingly sleek-looking case with a built-in battery capable of powering your Touch for almost as long again as its own battery. It adds 62g to the iPod's 110g. As well as charging and powering your iPod, the solid case offers plenty of protection against bumps and knocks, and feels very well made.

Mophie has put plenty of thought into the details, including a switch that allows you to turn off the Juice Pack's battery and run your iPod using only its internal battery, passthrough buttons for the volume controls and a handy LED meter to show how much power is left in the battery pack.

At the bottom of the case is a 3.5mm port and a micro-USB port which you can use to charge the pack and connect the iPod inside it to your PC (a cable is included). It's expensive, but worth the high price.
