If you are having problems with missing or damaged boot files, you can replace them. To replace a damaged boot.ini file, type 'bootcfg /rebuild', press Enter and a scan will detect your Windows installation. Type Y and press Enter, type a description, press Enter, then type /fastdetect and press Enter again.
