Nintendo "drinking game" approved for 13 year olds

Games developer JV Games has stirred up controversy with its upcoming release for Nintendo Wii. Frat Party Games: Beer Pong simulates an American drinking game, yet it's been approved for players as young as 13 years old.
The cold reception the game has already received in the States, despite not being released there until next moth, has prompted JV to rename the game to "Pong Toss".
The game "Beer Pong", also known as "Beirut", involves groups of players throwing a ping-pong ball across a table trying to land the ball in one of several cups of beer on the other end .
When a ball lands in a cup, the defending team must consume all of the beer inside that cup. Ping Toss aims to simulate the pastime using the Wii-mote, but JV games claims the game only consists of players tossing a ball into a cup; the drinking is merely implied.
The Entertainment Software Rating Board in the US has given the game a 'T' rating, meaning all teenagers can buy and play the game, but JV games has not yet revealed the release date for the UK.
