Omni Plans for project management
Posted on 14 Dec 2006 at 11:07
The OmniGroup has released version 1 of its OmniPlan project management software.
Building on the public beta released in July, the debut release enables the creation of logical, manageable project plans with Gantt charts, smart scheduling, resource allocation, visual timelines, summaries, milestones, and critical paths.
The software is also capable of importing SML project files from Microsoft Project and FastTrack schedule and can export in a wide variety of formats, including Project, iCal, CSV, Microsoft Project Exchange (MPX), Microsoft Project (XML) and HTML, as well as the OmniGroup's own OmniOutliner and OmniGraffle.
OmniPlan cost $149.95 with Family Pack and educational discounts; for more information go to omnigroup.com/omniplan.
