SoundTraveller review
We've reviewed a few mini speakers that connect to an iPod through its dock connector.
They've all been pretty pointless, and the SoundTraveller K3000 is no exception. Available in a range of colours to match the new iPod Nano, it plugs into your iPod and produces some of the worst sound you're likely to hear. At low volume the speaker is tinny, but at full volume, which is just loud enough to be heard by a room full of people, it distorts badly.
The K3000 speaker runs on a single AA battery, which you can recharge through the provided USB cable. It's one nice touch in an otherwise poor and expensive package.
