Picturesque for Mac streamlines image production for the web
Posted on 24 Apr 2007 at 08:46
Acqualia Software has unveiled Picturesque, a Mac-specific application for processing images for the web.
Using an animated drag and drop interface, Picturesque simplifies the process or adding curves, glows, shadows, fades, strokes and the kind of dropped reflection that is all but a trademark of Apple's own site and product photography.
It includes batch processing features to apply a uniform set of effects to whole folders of images.
Picturesque is a Universal Binary, optimised for both PowerPC and Intel-based Macs, and is a 1MB download from acqualia.com. It retails for $19.50.
