Interview: Virgin Media defends customer support

CS: We were put through to a prompt that gave us a choice of four billing systems, so how many are there really?

AL: I think you were in an internal call system, which you shouldn't have been put through too. As I explained, we're currently running two billing systems, with all regions being transferred onto our main ICOMS system by the end of the year.
