HTC Schubert captured on video

HTC seems to be having trouble keeping its up-coming handsets under wraps: first the [a href="http://www.expertreviews.co.uk/general/1279525/htc-desire-hd-photo-leaked"]HTC Desire HD[/a] is snapped in engineering prototype form, and now the HTC Schubert - the first Windows 7 handset - has been revealed in a leaked video. The [a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MY5P6KvfDcI&feature=player_embedded" target="_blank"]video[/a] - posted to Italian site [a

The main interface of the handset matches images released by Microsoft previously, and features social networking integration - with a clearly visible Facebook icon - along with the option to tie your handset to your Xbox Live account and keep an eye on friends playing on the Xbox 360's multiplayer service. Although not demonstrated as part of the video, access to the PC equivalent - Games for Windows Live - is almost certain to feature.
The video also demonstrates that Windows Phone 7 will include gesture support via the touch-screen, in-built access to Bing Maps, and a Windows Phone Marketplace for downloading additional apps.
The handset itself appears to feature a sizable display, but sadly precise details as to the specifications aren't yet available. The HTC Schubert is expected to launch in October, but no pricing details have yet been released.
