Windows Mail comes with Vista but, even though it's free and easy to use, we recommend installing Mozilla Thunderbird. This email program is also free, but it's much more powerful and comes with extra security options. You can download it from www.mozilla.com. Whichever program you use, you'll need to set it up to download your email before the following steps will work.
