2. Task manager
One of the best things about Chrome is that each tab can run as its own process. This means that if one tab crashes, it won't take down the entire browser and lose all of the sites that you're visiting. The one caveat to this is that links in one tab that open in another tab remain part of the same process, as this lets the new tab access data in the old one via JavaScript.
All of this means that managing tabs is also much easier. If you've got one tab that's not responding, or if you simply want to manage your tabs, you can use the Task Manger. Top open it press SHIFT-ESC or right-click any part of the title bar where there's no tab and select Task manager. You'll get a list of all the tabs that are open. Simply select the one you want to close and click End process. If you select a tab and it highlights two or more items, this means that two tabs share the same process and killing the process with close both tabs.
1. Bookmark Sync
Keeping the same bookmarks between multiple computers can be a real nightmare, but Google makes this really simple with Chrome's Bookmark Sync. This stores your bookmarks online in your Google account (you can register for a free one if you don't have one) and makes sure that all of your PCs have the same bookmarks.
To use the feature you need to enable Bookmark Sync on every PC you'll use. To do this just click Tools, Synchronise my bookmarks. Type in your Google Account's email address and password, then click Sign in and that's it. From now on every change you make on one computer is reflected on all of your other computers. As all of your bookmarks are stored online in your Google Account, you don't even need to have any of your other computer's on for the synchronisation to work.
