If you're not a football fan, we're sorry but you're going to have a miserable few weeks while everyone else goes World Cup crazy. If you're an England fan, you'll probably also have a miserable couple of weeks, but you may has well have them in style. This week we're looking at the top 10 ways to make the most of the World Cup.
Get a decent TV
If you're going to watch at home, it makes sense to watch on a stunning set to get the best picture you can. Our current favourite TV is the Panasonic Viera TX-P46G20B. This 46in Plasma has stunning contrast ratios, natural and smooth movement, great colours and Freeview HD and Freesat HD tuners, so you'll definitely get all of the action. This G series range also comes in a smaller 42in version and larger sizes, too.
If you're after a different TV, look for one that has Freeview HD or Freesat HD tuners, so you can watch the games in high definition.
Buy a projector
If it's a big screen that you're after, why not invest in a projector? With any model you'll be able to get a picture that's bigger than any TV you can afford. If you're planning on watching inside, a home cinema projector is the best bet. For the best results, buy a projector screen.
There are plenty of decent options. The Samsung SP-A600B is a decent budget option, while the Mitsubishi HC3800 is a fantastic all-rounder.
