MacAlly has sealed a UK distribution deal for its range of Mac keyboards, mice, gaming devices and other USB and FireWire peripherals.
The company has recently extended its range with new devices to match Apple's current preference for white, though it still offers a variety of colours from Apple's back catalogue.
As well as keyboard and mice, the Ice (that's MacAlly's take on white) range also includes a USB audio adapter and USB hubs.
IceKey is an 'ultra-slim' USB keyboard with an additional USB port and software for OS 9.2 or later. It costs £31.50 and includes support for several languages.
There are two white USB mice, the standard-sized IceMouse and the compact IceMouseJr. Both are optical and have three buttons plus a scroll wheel. Compatible with OS 9 or later, they cost £26.95 and £25.95 respectively.
The iVoiceII provides audio in capabilities for any Mac that has USB but no line-in. It incorporates a microphone, a stereo line-in jack to get sound into your Mac, a stereo line-out jack for headphones or speakers and a mic-in jack for connecting a higher-quality microphone. It costs £34.50.
The ice range is completed with the iHub2.0, a USB hub that enables you to simultaneously connect four USB devices through one of your Mac's USB ports. It includes USB 2.0 drivers for Mac OS X, allowing Mac users get the full benefit of faster USB2 devices. USB 1.1 devices are also supported. OS 8.6 and 9.x will only support USB1.1 speeds. It costs £24.95.
MacAlly's range is available in the UK from A M Micro.
