ISP Virgin.net has cut the cost of its Broadband service. From 1 May, the Virgin.net Broadband starter kit will cost £59.99, a drop of £20 from the previous £79.99. The kit includes a Speedtouch modem and can be used either by Mac or PCs.
Virgin.net says that it will continue to waive the £58.00 activation fee for its Broadband service, even though BT Wholesale's promotion has finished.
Monthly pricing for the service remains at £24.99 with cancellation terms of 30 days. More details are on the Virgin.net web site.
