OS X Server security updated
Posted on 24 Jul 2003 at 11:04
Apple has released a security update for Mac OS X Server.
The update improves the security of your system by assigning a 'disabled' password to a new account created by Workgroup Manager until that account has been saved for the first time. This ensures the new account cannot be accessed by an unauthorised individual.
Security Update 2003-07-23 v.1.0 for Mac OS X Server 10.2.6 is available at www.info.apple.com/kbnum/n120235.
