Telewest has announced an optional wireless pack for its Blueyonder cable broadband.
Available to its digital TV customers, whether they already have broadband or want to get it, the pack costs £35 and combines a pre-configured Netgear wireless access point with the cable modem already embedded in the set-top box.
The wireless pack has been released following trials with 1,000 Telewest customers and is compatible with Blueyonder's 512K, 1Mbit and 2Mbit services.
