The other major issue is debiting credit cards at the time of order. That's fine if the item is dispatched quickly, but it's a disgrace if payment is taken months before an item is even in stock. If you order goods online, I'd advise you to keep a log of your activity, especially when payments are taken from cards straight away. This should highlight problem activity, allowing you to take action before problems arise with the vendor.
