Newlink's USB memory card reader doubles as a USB hub.
The reader handles most card formats, with the exception of xD, the Reduced Size variants of MMC and SD and Memory Stick Duo. A door flap over the port connectors to protect the inside from dust would have been nice.
The hub has three USB ports, which is useful for plugging in peripherals without having to reach around the back of your PC. The reader worked well in our tests. However, you could buy a Trust CR-1200 memory card reader that supports more formats for £13, and a separate four port hub for around £8, saving £4 in total.
