Bowers & Wilkins releases P5 headphones

CES 2010: Speaker manufacturer Bowers & Wilkins has announced the release of its first pair of headphones at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas.
The P5 headphones are designed for people who want Hi-Fi quality audio wherever they are.
Bowers & Wilkins said that its aim has always been to bring the listener as close as possible to the original sound and the new P5 headphones are no different in that respect.
We managed to test a pair of B&W's new cans out during the show and found that they sounded excellent given the rather noisy surroundings in the LVCC's Central Hall. The noise isolation appeared to be working especially well.
Sounds were not only crisp and clear, but also incredibly accurate too - picking out individual instruments was easy and the P5s effortlessly reproduced sounds that most headphones could only dream of.
Bowers & Wilkins expects the new P5 headphones to go on sale in about a month at around £200.
