The Satellite only has a dual-scan screen, but it's a very good one, and at a street price of £1,200 you wouldn't expect TFT.
Elsewhere, the Satellite matches or exceeds the the competition - most notably on performance. Add to this the fact that any Toshiba product has the company's enviable reputation in its favour, and you have a winning `notebook that's unlikely to disappoint.
