A 40GB hard disk is included. This is a bare minimum these days, but it's reasonable at this price. The software package is impressive too, and includes Works Suite 2003, Norton Antivirus 2004 and even Adobe's excellent Photoshop Elements.
The Amilo M 7400 is a good notebook, but is let down by its keyboard and graphics performance. For the same price, you can buy our Top 50 winner, the Multivision Solus 1030. It's heavier but much faster, and includes a DVD writer.
