Seagate FreeAgent GoFlex TV HD Media Player review

Verdict:

A good little media player, with full support of Blu-ray menus from ripped ISOs, but it needs a few tweaks to beat the competition.

The GoFlex TV is a decent media player, and those who also want a fast new portable hard disk will be more than happy with this and a matching GoFlex drive. Its support of menus from Blu-ray ISOs is an advantage over our long-term favourite the Western Digital’s WD TV Live. However, the slightly clunky menu system and the lack of HD YouTube playback puts it just behind that device overall.
