Substandard Quality and Costumer Service

I bought the Revo Heritage Radio two and half years ago and found the quality to be substandard. For the last 8 months I have been experiencing a failure of the display screen - it no longer works! When I emailed Revo Tech Support in the UK - they were unsympathetic and quoted me back the standard 1 year warranty - which had lapsed. To get it repaired I would have to ship it back to the UK and pay a 31 pound repair fee on top of the additional cost of shipping it back to Canada. The cost coming in at well over $100 Canadian. When I pressed the tech support for other alternatives they stopped our email correspondence. So much for costumer services. Overall a very disappointing experience considering the REVO claims about the "high quality" of their products. Avoid this company and their faulty products.
