Cowon E2 2GB review

Verdict:

horrible review

"We were unimpressed with the sound quality of the bundled earphones."
what exactly are we reviewing here? the earphones or the player?
u guys are saying the sound quality is crap from testing just one or two pairs of earphones. How many earphones have you tested this with? the earphones come with packaged with something so cheap and u expect top grade performance with them. everyone knows COWON's sound quality is far superior to Apple's ipods.

The player has a ring instead of a clip, and you say this is bad, but theres actually an optional clip which can be attatched to the ring on COWON's website

For £6 you can get SanDisk's Sansa Clip+ which is 4GB, but for that u can also get 4GB model of this. WOW did you know that?

this review has no depth why are on on first page of google search for cowon e2?

Wouldn't be suprised if the review was paid by apple

I just wouldn't listen to the review above. This player is really good i would say its 4 stars.

The paragraph about the headphones is right, they are rubbish. If you place some good headphones in the sound quality is excellent. I bought this as i have recently got a lot of classical .FLAC which my MP3 can't play so i bought this and i am not disappointed.

The fact it doesn't have a clip isn't the biggest problem in the would and i wouldn't really expect playlists on device for so few songs. It is true it doesn't tell the name of the track but as i have a brain i can normally tell which track it is in a few seconds and in addition i don't really want it saying "sonata No.14 in C sharp minor, Moonlight , Adagio attacca" every time i listen to that song.
