Slysoft updates Reclock for TotalMedia Theatre
Posted on 4 Jan 2010 at 15:32
Users of Arcsoft's TotalMedia Theatre 3 can now enjoy smooth, stutter-free video again, as Slysoft has updated ReClock to work with it.
ReClock is a video processor that analyses the played video and automatically adjusts its frame rate to match the display's refresh rate to reduce stutter. The audio soundtrack is resampled, too, to adjust its speed without affecting its pitch.
The software is excellent and removes the annoying judder you may see when playing DVDs or Blu-rays on your TV. Reclock 1.8.5.5 is free for download, although it will need to be reinstalled every time that TotalMedia Theatre 3 updates itself.
