Hands on with Toshiba's AC100 Android-based, Nvidia Tegra-powered netbook

  • Toshiba has added a scrolling program launch bar to Android for the AC100
  • The Android OS on the AC100 is still a bit buggy
  • Flash video playback doesn't currently work on the AC100
  • The AC100 is very slender
  • A close up of the AC100's keyboard
  • The Toshiba AC100

We also find it interesting that Toshbia chose Android for the AC100 rather than waiting for ChromeOS. If other manufacturers decide not to wait for Google's upcoming cloud-based operating system, we wonder if ChromeOS's days may be numbered before they've even begun.
