Saitek USB Multimedia Keyboard & Mouse review
Saitek's USB Multimedia Keyboard & Mouse is the only wired set here. While you may have to put up with some cable tangle, you needn't worry about running out of batteries.
The small mouse looks like a laptop travel version. It has a smooth, accurate motion and its buttons have the right amount of stiffness, but its size means you have to arch your hand when holding it, which becomes uncomfortable fairly quickly.
The keyboard has short cut keys to your web browser and email client, as well as media playback keys and volume controls. These have long travel but lack feedback. The keyboard surround is too high and gets in the way of your fingers when you press the spacebar.
Saitek's keyboard and mouse set is inexpensive, but its mouse is too small and its keys too shallow to use comfortably for long.
