Logitech Cordless Desktop LX710 Laser review
The LX710 is one of the four cheapest sets here, but it looks and feels more expensive.
The wireless keyboard has a stiff base and textured rubber surround, which is comfortable to rest your wrists on. There are dedicated zoom and volume controls but no media playback keys.
The function keys double as short cut buttons for common programs, such as your word processor or spreadsheet. There are also custom buttons, which you can set to execute combinations of keystrokes.
The keyboard doesn't flex as you type, and the keys are well spaced with long travel. Their action is soft, but some prefer this to the harder action of the Microsoft keyboard. The laser mouse has a pleasing weight, fits comfortably in the hand and is fairly accurate.
Logitech's LX710 set has some useful features and is very good value. It's a Best Buy.
