Fellowes Cordless Combo review
At first glance, there doesn't seem to be much about the Fellowes keyboard and mouse set to justify its high price.
However, two things make it stand out. First, the keyboard is rather good, and second, it's impregnated with antibacterial agents to stop it becoming a breeding ground for disease.
The keyboard's grey finish is uninspiring, but, apart from the flimsy wrist rest, it feels tough. It's great for typing. The keys' textured surface means your fingers don't slide off when typing quickly, and the feedback is just right.
As well as media playback and volume controls, there are three large buttons on the left to cut, copy and paste. Such buttons are a great idea, but no matter what we did with the driver software we couldn't get them to work.
The mouse is comfortable to hold, but the pointer is slow to respond. Fellowes' Combo has a good keyboard and the advantage of antibacterial protection, but the poor mouse makes the set's high price hard to justify.
