Logitech Freedom 2.4 Cordless Joystick review

Verdict:

Review Date: 22 Nov 2002

Price when reviewed: (£50)

Reviewed By: Matt Whipp

Our Rating 4 stars out of 5

This dynamic joystick uses a cut-down version of Bluetooth for its wireless connection.

Ten programmable buttons, an eight-way hat switch, plus a 'twistable' stick and throttle let you control complex games without resorting to the keyboard. Three AA batteries (included) last for 70 hours, and the stick works up to 6m from the receiver. Pricey, but those with 6m legs or a penchant for clutter-free desks will wonder how they ever got by without it.
