Getting the right keyboard and mouse is vital, as they're the main means of interacting with your PC. Logitech's Desktop LX 700 set could be the way forward if you want to go wireless.

The mouse is comfortable to use and has thumb buttons to move forward and back through web pages. However, only right-handed people will find these comfortable to use. The mouse comes with a recharging cradle, so you won't need to replace the batteries.

The keyboard is comfortable to type on and has extra buttons for accessing common file folders and controlling music and video playback. At £56 it's very good value, especially as the mouse is rechargeable.
