Apple Wireless Mighty Mouse review

Verdict:

Review Date: 29 Nov 2006

Price when reviewed: inc VAT

Reviewed By: Alan Lu

Our Rating 2 stars out of 5

The Wireless Mighty Mouse is the Bluetooth version of the mouse Apple includes with all current desktop Macs. Drivers are available only for Mac OS X and not Windows, and no Bluetooth dongle is included.

It looks sleek but it's uncomfortable to use, especially when squeezing the side buttons. Right-clicking can be difficult; the mouse won't register a right-click if your fingers are resting on the left side of the mouse. The best feature is the scroll ball, which makes it easy to scroll horizontally and vertically through large documents. But this isn't enough to recommend it to Mac owners.
