Verdict:
It's a shame that the RX685's default photo settings produced oversaturated reds, as otherwise this MFP produced the best photos in the group. Its normal-quality text and mixed-colour printing is also impressive, and scans are accurate. It's an impressive printer, but is very expensive to buy. Canon's PIXMA MP520 is better value overall.
