At its noisy top speed of 6,000rpm, this copper cooler chilled my 1.4GHz Athlon to 46¹C after a heavy gaming session.

Two further speed settings each reduced the fan speed by around 2,000rpm, but increased the processor's temperature by 2-3¹C. Beautifully made and a neat idea. Sadly, you have to open the case to operate the speed switch.
