"Please do not fall for this"

BT was the only option for us as we lived in a conservation area, so no Sky, and Vigin wasn't available. It was a BIG mistake, we should have stuck to broadband and phone only, BT Vision is a complete nightmare. The arial doesn't work through the BT Vision box, so we cannot record anything. We only have Freeview channels. The On Demand viewing is worse than watching very scratched DVDs, even when you are forced to pay for a movie. Whenever it is unplugged it refuses to restart and you are forced to call the heldesk, stay on hold for 20 minutes and eventually speak to someone in India. Just don't bother, even if it is the only option. BT Vision is AWFUL.
