Kingston KVR400X64C3AK2/2G review

Verdict:

Review Date: 12 Nov 2007

Price when reviewed: £68

Supplier: http://www.ebuyer.com

Reviewed By: Seth Barton

Our Rating 3 stars out of 5

Kingston's 2GB DDR kit is twice the price of its 1GB kit, so you don't get any added value by buying higher-capacity modules.

If you work with video or photo files on a Windows Vista PC, it's worth paying the extra. This kit wasn't quite as quick in our image and multitasking benchmarks as Crucial's 2GB DDR kit, so the Crucial kit is a better buy.
