Apple has announced that - as usual - CEO Steve Jobs will kick off the company's annual Worldwide Developers Conference.
WWDC kicks off on 9 June with a keynote from the chief executive, where he is widely expected to unveil the finished version of iPhone 2.0 sotftware and the accompanying developers tools.
He may also announce a new iPhone to replace the models currently out-of-stock at Apple.
The five-day WWDC event, which runs from June 9 to June 13, will feature the first ever iPhone track for mobile developers with in-depth sessions and hands-on labs where mobile developers to work with Apple engineers to create iPhone applications.
