Millionaire posts divorce details online

A British millionaire has set up a website in order to post the details of his divorce for public viewing. Gary Dean claims he has been subjected to gossip about his divorce and has set up his website to put the record straight.

According to the website, Dean has been order to pay his ex-wife in excess of £3.7 million as well as £15,000 per child every year until they complete full time education. Dean claims the amount he has been instructed to pay is actually less than an initial offer he made to his wife two years ago before the divorce proceedings began.

"I have been painted in some quarters as a greedy, tight, ruthless b*****d who abandoned my wife and children, walking off with millions and leaving my family almost destitute," he vented. "It's simply not true at all and I've decided that instead of allowing the rumour-mill to continue churning out nonsense - I'd just set out the actual facts to stop it."

Dean claims that rumours stemmed in the area between Preston and Blackpool, mostly circulated by people who have no clue of what the truth is. "It's a bad case of Chinese Whispers. I don't even know where they started," he said.

"I take no joy in setting this all out here. I'd rather it be unnecessary - but if it stops the gossip, the sneering looks and the seriously defamatory comments being made about me it will have been worth it," he concluded.

Last month a British man auctioned his life on eBay following a break up with his partner.
