Warwick is the latest UK university to supply free academic material through iTunes U.
Including exclusive material featuring best-selling children’s author Jacqueline Wilson and acclaimed writer Alain de Botton, Warwick’s iTunes U portal has hundreds of audio and video tracks covering a wide range of topics and interests.
“iTunes U is an important resource, allowing us to share our outstanding academic research and teaching community with learners and academics worldwide,” said the university’s vice chancellor, Professor Nigel Thrift.
The material is available either through iTunes or direct from the University of Warwick.
Other UK universities that have joined iTunes U include University College London, Open University, Oxford and Cambridge.
