Bob adds Lustre to photo Books

Bob Books has announced that it has joined the ranks of companies offering specialist photo printing services for Mac users.
The company has released its first Mac application for designing, personalising and ordering professionally printed books.
The software includes tools for image editing and enhancing with effects such as greyscale, sepia or x-ray, for colour adjustment and auto correction, while over 130 fonts can be used to add text.
Books up to A4 in size are printed in the UK?€"which Bob Books notes helps to reduce their carbon footprint?€"on Fuji Album Paper type 6 Luster, bound in 130gsm laminated over board. Alternatively, print paperbacks on 200gsm semi-gloss paper with a 300gsm laminated cover.

Currently Bob Books software is available for OS X 10.5 Leopard, with a Snow Leopard version promised for the new year. Alternatively, you use your own design software to create books to the company?€s specification.
