Avoid at all costs this and any Pinnacle updates...

The review is accurate, especially the last paragraph which is makes this literally a "killer app". Frame drops kill your video. You can't import or record in Pinnacle Ultimate 14 without frame drops. It was the same in version 11. Yet I purchased it because of rave reviews of so-called improvements. Dropping video frames kill your audio. At some point in your recording, it will drop a frame and you will go to a place that reminds you of bad Japanese voice overs. If it would not drop frames, you could really enjoy this software, but Pinnacle refuses to address the issue and worse, customer service is terrible.
