MAGIX Ringtone Maker review
If you want a new ringtone but don't want to pay to download one, why not use Magix's Ringtone Maker to create your own? At its simplest it lets you import a WAV or MP3 file and save it in a format your phone recognises.
At its most complex you have four tracks of audio to deal with. There are plenty of free samples on the CD and tools for modifying the sound the way you want it. However, it's probably overkill for the average person.
The activation process is very annoying, requiring a different code for each ringtone format. The complexity of the product means it's one for musicians; for everyone else, it's probably cheaper to buy the ringtone you want.
