Our Rating
We'd like to begin our review of Cyber Snoop by saying 'don't bother' - so we will.
Even reading beyond this second sentence would be a waste of your time. Still with us..? Okay then, just know that Cyber Snoop is a package that seems stuck in the pre-Windows XP era of unintuitive interfaces, arcane icons, inconsistent operation and outright faults. So dire is this application that half the topics in the 'Online' section of the Help menu point to dead web links, while some of the remainder are blocked by Cyber Snoop's own default options.
On a mechanical level, it at least works to a point, blocking access to set lists of websites and so forth. However, as it can only focus on one web browser at a time, simply installing another is enough to defeat Cyber Snoop's dubious abilities.
