Amazon is offering £5 off selected orders over £25 for one day only. This flash sale is known as the Big Thanks sale, and is pitched as a celebration of the fact that Amazon was named the UK’s favourite retailer for the third year in a row at the Retail Week Awards.
All you’ll need to do to make the most of the sale is head over to the Amazon site and use the promotional code BIGTHANKS at checkout on orders over £25. The sale runs from 00:01 to 23:59 for today (19 March) only, and encompasses a huge range of Amazon-fulfilled products.
If you’re in the market for a new Kindle, the Big Thanks sale applies to everything from the Amazon Kindle Paperwhite and Oasis ebook reader models to the Fire HD 8 and 10 tablets. Also included in the sale is the entire range of Amazon Echo products – from Dot to Spot to Sub – as well as the Amazon Fire TV stick and Amazon Smart Plug.
On top of all that, the BIGTHANKS promo code applies to Amazon Prime Now products, meaning you can save on essentials like groceries and electronics so long as the service delivers to your postcode (you can find out if you’re eligible on the Amazon Prime Now website).
This blink-and-you’ll-miss-it promotion applies to any single order of one or more items totalling £25 or over. It doesn’t apply to alcohol, gift cards, or unreleased video games, but does apply to any items dispatched from and sold by Amazon UK.
