When it comes to flexibility, ListPro is hard to beat.

A wizard takes you through the process of setting up a new list, making it easy to add separate fields for dates, pop-up categories that you configure yourself, priorities, yes/no and three-way status flags, freeform notes and number fields, which can be used to add prices for items in shopping lists and so forth.

ListPro is in many ways more like a full-blown database application than a simple list manager, except that it's easier to set up. Especially useful features include the ability to show a total for each number field and convenient drag-and-drop re-ordering of lists. You can set reminder alarms for entries, and indent items to create a multilevel outline.
